Outside fun training with drills, workouts, HIIT, Cardio and more. Bootcamp is 1 hour and will be offered ONLY on Saturdays and Sundays each week until mid-September. This training will be at 8am every morning (we have to beat the heat guys) and is held in Atlanta, near the Lakewood location. A mat, resistance bands, towel, and bottle water are the requirements.
1-on-1 training requires a 3-month commitment, & the rate will automatically be billed every 30 days. Should you ever need to discontinue training before your commitment period ends, a 30-day notice is required.

I offer online video training with the same great service! Online video training is best for those who do not live in the area, for those who’d like a more affordable option to personal training, or for those whose schedules are busy, but they are disciplined enough and can make time to follow a video program. Whether your goal is Fat Loss or Weight Gain, I will help you along the way!
